A contemporary heading style which creates soft wave-like folds for an informal and relaxed feel. Fitted into a discreet, slim track, wave curtains fold up neatly when the curtains are fully open. Due to the extra space required to create the ''wave'', wave tracks are ideal in top mount, and looks great when fitted floor to ceiling.
A more formal, tailored header with sewn in pleats for a smart finish, available in double or triple pinch pleat. Double pinch pleat has slightly less gather to create a curtain that looks a little more contemporary than triple pinch pleat. It's good for patterned fabrics as less of the pattern/design is hidden in the folds. Triple pinched pleat creates elegant folds that flow to the floor and is more formal looking than the double pinch pleat.
Goblet pleat curtains are similar in their makeup to pinch pleat curtains but create a more formal traditional look. Small goblet shaped sections of fabrics are formed in the curtain heading when the fabric is gathered and pleated, these are then separated by flat sections of fabric. This heading looks best when hung beneath a curtain pole, however, can be used on a track also.
Eyelet curtains have that similar "wave" look that wave tracked curtains have. The pole runs through the eyelets at the top of the curtain. Though not the best option for blackout, the eyelet style has a relaxed feel that stacks up neatly when opened and is enhanced by a range of metal poles with optional decorative finials.
Curtain tracks can be either face fitted or ceiling mounted, as well as curved for bay window. When deciding on curtains for the bedroom, it should be noted that tracks will provide better "blackout" than poles due to the pole being pushed away from the wall on extended brackets.
Curtain poles are face-fitted and come as either wood or metal and in different colour options. There are also various finials to choose from. Poles care typically for pinched pleat and eyelet style curtains, but with metropoles that can also have built in runners, wave curtains are also possible.
Fully lined curtains with contrasting bands are designed to be in tune with contemporary living and especially harmonise with metal eyelets and modern metal poles, giving a truly individual look to any room. All curtain options may be combined with any curtain heading
